Please, follow the rules before entering sauna and to gain the most of it:
Cleaning
It is the first step before a sauna. Take a shower; wash your skin with neutral soap. Do not forget to remove your make-up.
Dry
Dry your body carefully after taking shower! The same goes for head. It is not recommended to enter sauna with wet hair as you hair would suffer from the humidity.
Massage
Massage with body brush before the first visit of sauna. Brushing releases necrotic cells from skin and encourages circulation of blood in your skin. Massage your dry body gentle and do gyration moves!
Sweating
You can sweat in sauna from seven till fifteen minutes. Beginners sit or lying on the lower bench, while "sauna's more experienced people" can choose higher positions. Take sauna so long, so it is pleasant for you! If you are lying in sauna, please sit down carefully before leaving. It will eliminate vertigo.
Creaming
Put cream or body milk on your skin after finishing sauna. Your skin needs lost fat and hydration.
Peeling
Skin will be velvety, if you use peeling among sauna procedures. You can use your own cosmetics, but we offer you special nature peelings, which is home made by traditional receipt from fresh goods. You can sea salt as peeling on your body.
Drinks
After sauna, you need to drink a lot for balance of water reserve in your body .We recommend to drink a mineral water or a fresh fruit juice.
Cooling
Cool your body by colder air and then plunge in pool with cold water. You can have a cold shower, too. Changing hot and cold environments encourages immunity of organism. Repeat sauna with cooling not more than three times.
Relaxing
